Pre-Employment Drug Tests

No employer wants to take on hire somebody who detected positive for illegal stimulants.

But what you do in your off-time – shouldn’t it be your own choice?
Sadly, big firms
can afford to choose its employees, and for a man looking for a work, the selection of where to work might not be as great as the firm’s selection of who to place in a job.

When you apply for a vacancy first you have an interview and
if they are interested in taking on you, you’ll be sent to take a drug test, usually within a short period of time following the appointment.

Most common pre-employment drug tests are urine tests – they are affordable and give as
convincing outcome as any other drug screening.
When you submit a urine example to a lab specialist, it is placed in a special tube and marked in front of you and initialed by you, so there is no mess who’s sample which.

After on approximately half a example is tested in basic screening.

Generally, a positive drug checking results in a person not getting a work, and when they inform you that you were not picked for a work, they are not required to let you know why: it might be the drug checking results, or it just might be they selected someone else over you.

In case you already have a job and tested positive in primary screening, the company is due to do a second, confirmative drug test on the same sample.

They do not perform other control, but just retrieve the remains of the initial sample that is preserved in the lab and execute a more advanced drug test to verify or deny the results of the drug tests.
